Arielle Nóbile, Founder & CEO
From her education at the NYU Tisch School of Arts, to her early documentary projects in Argentina and New York City, to her Hugo Television award in 2012, Arielle's passion for film has shaped her life. From a young age, she has had an intrinsic drive to know the story. She founded Legacy Connections Films in 2005 and has conducted more than 250 interviews, in both English and Spanish, for over 100 completed films across three continents. Having worked at the Piven Theatre and famous Second City Theatre Chicago, Arielle prides herself on making the storytelling process fun and engaging. Connecting families through her documentaries is not just a job, it is her purpose in life. She has an uncanny ability to fit in with her surroundings and ask the questions that make people want to share their stories.

Arielle fully invests herself in each project, laughing, crying and often leaving a day of shooting with hugs. Clients consider her more than a filmmaker - she becomes part of the family. "I look at everyone I interview as a family member, and I think about how I would want my family to be remembered in the future," she says. When she's not visiting her clients around the world, she is spending time with her husband, young daughter, and cat in their home in Chicago. Arielle enjoys hiking, dancing, yoga, bike riding, cooking, writing, reading, and of course, watching movies.
